Dee... I first set up a fake blog and then played with several different templates so I could understand what affected what. I wasted hours and hours.
Then I prayed about it.
Then... With God's guiding hand, I was able to actually understand a bit of what I was looking at and how HTML worked... sort of. I still don't understand much.
I then searched and searched for pictures that made me refreshed. I took lots of pictures, too. When I found the exact thing, I played around with colors and effects until I got what I was looking for, then I played with the templet set up until I found what "looked right", the effect I wanted.
Then... I added to to the real blog and messed that all up! So, I "refreshed" the template and lost all my links. A beautiful friend clued me in on the "cache" thingy so I could get my links back. I'm still working on getting those back in.
However... literally it was the grace of God that helped me get this look because I am soooo HTML bumfuzzled.
