Attributes of the Perceiver Day 4 & 5

For the sake of space and because I have to take Mom to the eye doctor tomorrow for laser surgery-- (Please pray that this surgery doesn't take any more of her eyesight!) -- I'm putting tomorrow's post and today's together.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
How high did you score? Did you recognize someone close to you with these traits? What about your pastor, teacher, sibling? For every positive trait in the Spirit, there is an equal and opposite trait when we are not walking in the Spirit but in the flesh. Is it possible for a Christian to walk in the flesh? You betcha! Paul wrote to carnal Christians at Corinth. There were not any less saved, but they certainly were not in God's perfect plan, either. They needed to mature in Christ. This motivational gift is probably the most misunderstood of all the gifts. It is not the ability to prophesy. It is the God-given ability to discern God's Word as God would have us to understand it in His perfect timing.
