I heard something yesterday from the president of Trinity Yachts. He said when he was sitting with a man who was buying a yacht from him, the papers were piled high and there was at least twenty places for them both to sign. The man looked at him and said, "This is the last time I want to see this contract. If it ever has to come out again, that means that one of us is lying."
I find that so telling, and so true. Why don't we think that way anymore?

Of course I have my very strong opinions of WHY, but I doubt many would care to hear it. SELF seems to always be the ugly root of any problem.
